Categories and rates
The fare for a trip is the base fare plus the distance and time of your route, and never below the minimum fare. Open the booking page to price your own trip.

Your route is priced first and the trip is booked at that price.
Driver and vehicle details
When a driver accepts you see their name, rating, vehicle and plate, and can call them.

Share live tracking of your trip with someone until you arrive.

Follow the driver to your pickup and along the route.
Paying for your trip
Cash to the driver
Pay the driver at the end of the trip. If a cash fare is ever left unpaid, it has to be settled before your next cash trip.
Company account
Staff travelling on a Trotters Business account have their trips billed to the company instead of paying the driver.
Service areas
Your pickup needs to be inside one of these areas for a trip to be booked.

You can plan your route and see the fare for every category without an account. To send the request to drivers you sign in or create a rider account, because the trip and the receipt belong to that account.
