A delivery is a normal Trotters trip carrying your package instead of you. You add the receiver's details, the driver takes it there, and you follow the trip on the map.
The same route planner as a passenger trip: search an address, use your location, or drop a pin.
Receiver name and phone number, plus a short description of what is being sent. The driver sees all of it with the job.
The fare is the normal fare of the category you pick for that route, shown before you confirm.
You give the package to the driver at pickup, and follow the trip on the map until it is delivered.
A delivery is priced with the ordinary tariff of the category that carries it.
Give a phone number that will be answered — that is how the handover is arranged.
The fare is charged to the account that booked the trip, in cash or from the wallet.
Illegal, dangerous or hazardous goods are not allowed, and a driver may refuse any package.
The same as a passenger trip on the same route: the base fare of the category plus distance and time, never below its minimum fare. There is no separate courier tariff.
Deliveries run in the same service areas as passenger trips.
